Serving the tri-state area, NJ, Pa, NY.  Our classes include Yoga, Pilate's, Yogalates, Modern dance, Hip-Hop, and more. All levels are welcome.  We have a strong and experienced team of instructors that treats each person as an individual.  Exercise your mind and body for results you truly will see and feel. You will love our relaxing environment, designed to make you feel comfortable with others who are here for the same reasons you are. Group and private sessions are available. Yoga: A combination of gentle stretching, meditation, deep breathing, and guided relaxation.  Practicing different yoga poses, this workout will calm the body, mind, and spirit giving a sense of renewal.

Pilate's: An Intense workout, tones your body and elongates muscles for a sleek body.  Integrates stretching,  movement, and stabilizes the core.

Yogalates: A mix of Yoga and Pilate's.  We incorporate the breathing and stretching of yoga along with the core strengthening of Pilate's.  This is a great class for anyone.

Power Yoga:  The art of yoga has just gotten a makeover.  We've spiced up this popular workout with an upbeat routine.  Flowing style (vinyasa) postures include lunges, standing poses, and floor stretches, always linking breath with movement and balancing the three elements of stamina, strength, and flexibility.

Baby & Me  Yoga fitness: Moms or Dads can have fun with the little ones while exercising together.30min. class

Pre-natal Yoga: Teaches Mom's to be how to glide gracefully through the evolutionary process of pregnancy by connecting with other pregnant women and providing a healthy physical and emotional outlet for ones experiences.  Alternating with massage therapy to reduce anxiety, increase circulation, and most importantly diminish aches and pains.

Beginner Vinyasa: This class is designed to introduce beginners to the basics of Vinyasa Flow Yoga.  You will begin to build the foundation of your yoga practice & receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength & balance.  You will explore specific alignment of yoga poses

Vinyasa Flow:  in this class you will be guided to move from one pose to the next synchronized with your breath.  This series of flowing postures will detoxify, stretch & strengthen the body, as well as build life force energy.

Flex Goddess:  It's all about sexy strength and flirty flexibility as you learn how to dance. Women Only Pg-13 rated 18 years & older 

Kickboxing: Warm up includes punches, bob and weave,squats, boxer shuffle and jumping jacks. Continue with upper body shadow boxing combinations,series of kicks for lower body,then choreographed combinations. Ending with sit ups and stretching.
