I have been taking Pi/Yoga classes for about 2 1/2 years now
with this yoga center and I don't know where to begin. I was
in a bad car accident and my doctors advised me to start taking
Pilate's and yoga to help my back. The Pilate's would strengthen
my core and the yoga would help with flexibility. My pain has
decreased so much and I know it's because of the teachers at the
yoga generation. They knew when I should push myself and
when not to. They took attention to my back problems and
because of them I am a different person. I owe a lot to
these teachers so thank you.
