Yoga & Crafts at Soho House (East Village)

The Yoga Generation hosts a morning of yoga and crafts for kids. Through the use of play, music and meaningful storytelling, the kids will learn age-appropriate yoga poses, conscious breathing and relaxation. After the class continue the fun at the arts & crafts table for Mother's Day gift making, and enjoy some healthy snacks! Complimentary event with limited space. Only one RSVP per family is required.
