Yoga for Kids

Through the use of play, games, music and meaningful storytelling, the kids are learning small sequences of yoga poses (asana), conscious breathing and intention, while meditation (dhyana) and relaxation (shavasana) techniques are experienced first hand. 

Our children gain flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness, while their concentration and relaxation improve. We emphasize cooperation, kindness and compassion for all beings .

Our classes bring together a wealth of experience in world class yoga teaching and early childhood pedagogy, delivered in fun but always meaningful ways. Contact us for private or group classes.
